You Apply and We Vet
Submit your application below. We review every application personally. If there is a fit, we have a direct conversation about your specialism, your experience, and the kinds of engagements you are right for.

You Join the Database
Approved specialists are added to the contractor database with a profile of their capability, industry depth, and availability preferences. No retainer. No commitment required to be in the database.

We Match You to an Engagement
When a client engagement requires your specific capability, we contact you with a brief. You decide whether to take it. No obligation to accept every opportunity.

You Deliver Under the Data Sentinels Model
Engagements run to a fixed deliverables list. Nono leads every engagement. Your job is to deliver your specialist component to the standard the client expects. Clear scope, clear timeline, clear handover.

Every specialist in the network is senior. We do not bring junior people onto client engagements and present them as experienced. Clients pay for expertise and that is what they get.
You Deliver to the Scope
Engagements run to a fixed deliverables list. Your component is clearly defined before you start. No scope creep, no vague outcomes. You know exactly what you are delivering and by when.
The Client Comes First
Every decision on an engagement is made in the client's interest. We do not upsell. We do not extend engagements that do not need extending. We deliver and hand over.
Confidentiality Is Non-Negotiable
Client information stays with the engagement. Standard NDA applies to all network members. No exceptions.
