About the Role
Are you a data-driven problem solver with a passion for uncovering insights? Data Sentinels is seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our team and play a key role in analyzing and interpreting data to support informed decision-making. As a Data Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, organize, and analyze data, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
Responsibilities
Gather, clean, and preprocess data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and statistical techniques to extract insights.
Interpret and communicate findings from data analysis to stakeholders in a clear and meaningful way.
Collaborate with teams to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
Design and generate data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to present findings effectively.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and provide data-driven recommendations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
Participate in data-driven projects, including predictive modeling, segmentation, and forecasting.
Support data-driven decision-making processes across the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets.
Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Python, R, SQL, or Excel.
Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib.
Knowledge of statistical concepts and techniques for data analysis.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with data cleaning, data preprocessing, and data transformation techniques.
Familiarity with machine learning concepts and algorithms is a plus.
Experience working with business intelligence tools is a plus.
