NO MYSTERY. NO SURPRISES.

Here's Exactly What Happens When You Say Yes.

Every step. Every milestone. Every deliverable — before you commit to anything. If you're reading this page, you're doing the right due diligence.

STEP ZERO

The Discovery Call Is Not a Sales Call.

The discovery call is a direct, unscripted conversation between you and Nono. You describe the transformation challenge — where you're stuck, what's failed, what you're trying to achieve. Nono listens, asks the questions that surface the real problem, and tells you honestly whether an engagement makes sense and which service fits.

No pitch deck. No pre-packaged solution presented before the problem is understood. If the fit is right, you'll leave the call with clarity on what the engagement looks like, what it costs, and what you'll have at the end. If it's not right, Nono will say so and point you in a better direction.

WHAT THE DISCOVERY CALL IS AND IS NOT

A pitch deck presentation

NOT THIS

We don’t present to you. You present to us — your challenge.

A 12-step onboarding process

Practical

No lengthy intake forms or pre-call questionnaires.

A pressure close

Practical

We’re not trying to sell you in 30 minutes. We’re trying to understand you.

THIS

A direct conversation about your problem

30 minutes. Your challenge. Nono’s honest read on what you need.

THIS

An honest assessment of fit

If we can help, we’ll tell you how. If we can’t, we’ll tell you that too.

THIS

Clarity on cost before any commitment

You’ll leave knowing what it costs and what you get.

WHO DOES THE WORK

Senior-Led.
In-House
Delivery.

Every engagement is led from the top, not handed to a junior consultant after the sales call. The lead stays with you from discovery to delivery, backed by twenty years of senior advisory across mining, financial services, supply chain, and retail in Southern Africa, the UK, and the USA.

Behind the lead sits a deliberately small in-house team of four disciplines: strategy and AI practice, data and analytics, software and integration, and quality and delivery. Every engagement draws from these disciplines directly, no contractors parachuted in, no hand-offs through agencies, no generalists doing specialist work.

Small by design. Small teams make sharper decisions, move faster, and carry the same conviction from strategy to shipping.
